What you can compare
Everything in one room, so the differences are obvious
The range covers the four main ways to have a fire at home. Seeing them together is the quickest way to rule options in or out.
- Wood burning and multi-fuel stovesFor homes with a usable chimney, or where a new flue is possible, and people who want real flames and real heat.
- Gas stoves and gas firesFor a living flame with instant control and no logs to store. A gas supply and a suitable flue route are the practical questions.
- Electric fires and electric stovesFor rooms without a chimney, flats, media walls and anywhere you want the look of a fire from a plug socket.
- Bioethanol firesFor a real flame with no chimney, no gas and no electrics. Best discussed in person so the room and ventilation are understood.
Display inventory and working demonstrations will be listed once the client confirms them. No model is claimed to be on display until then.

Who you will talk to
Advice from the people who do the work
[Draft layout] Team names, roles and registrations appear here once the client confirms them. The point of the section is that a visitor knows who they are talking to and what that person is qualified to advise on.
You will not be asked to hand over details to see prices, hours or the range. Enquiring is for when you want someone to come back to you.
Before you visit
Practical questions
- Do I need an appointment?
- To be confirmed with the client. Until then: you are welcome during opening hours, and if you are travelling some distance it is worth calling first so the right person is available.
- Is there parking?
- Free parking outside the showroom. Accessible entrance and step-free access details to be confirmed.
- What should I bring?
- A few photos of the room and the existing fireplace or wall, rough dimensions if you have them, and anything that shows the style you like. None of it is essential for a first visit.
- Can I see stoves lit?
- Working display details will be listed here once confirmed with the client.
- Do you install, or supply only?
- Both routes will be described here once the client confirms current installation services and areas.
Enquire about visiting
Let us know what you are thinking about and when you might come in. A member of the team will confirm the arrangements with you. A request is not a confirmed booking.
