How it works
See it, then fit it
Come in, call or send an enquiry. Bring a few photographs of the room if you have them, and the team will help you narrow down fuel type, size and style in front of the stoves themselves.
For an installation, the practical questions come next: chimney or flue route, hearth, ventilation and clearances. You receive a written quotation for the appliance and the work before anything is ordered.
Then the stove is fitted, commissioned and you are shown how to run it well. If you would rather buy from the showroom and use your own installer, that is fine too.
