Buy from the showroom for your own installer to fit, or have the whole job handled from survey to handover. Either way it starts with seeing the stoves in person.

Choose in the showroom
Compare stoves and fires in person and narrow the choice to models that suit the room and the way you live.

Survey the room
For a fitted installation the practical details are checked: chimney or flue route, hearth, ventilation, clearances and access. Photographs sent in advance through the online survey speed this up.
- 03
Written quotation
A clear written price for the appliance and the work. What is included, what is not, and anything that depends on what is found on the day.
- 04
Fit, commission and hand over
The installation is carried out, the appliance is commissioned and you are shown how to run it. Certification wording and paperwork are confirmed with the client before launch.
