A wood burning stove burns logs only; a multi-fuel stove has a grate and ash pan so it can burn approved smokeless fuels as well. Which suits you depends on what fuel you can get easily and how you want to run the stove day to day.
The practical questions are the chimney or flue, the size of the room and how much heat you actually want. Those are quickest to answer in person, with the stoves in front of you and the team on hand.
